Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken Wrap
- Jamaican-style jerk sauce (World Harbors Blue Mtn.)
- 1 tsp orange powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon powder
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 oz. whiskey or rum
- 1.5 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 large red peppers
- 1 bunch green scallions
- 1-2 carrots
Marinade chicken and vegetables in Jamacian Jerk sauce for one to
three hours in a plastic bag.
Cut vegetables in to large thick strips. Cut chicken meat into
strips. Grill meat and vegetables or broil or even pan cook.
Assemble meat and vegetable into a tortilla wrap. Garnish with
parsley and cilantro. You can add salsa as an extra garnishment
or extra Jamacian jerk sauce.
